Warilla, Raymond Terrace, Clayton and the home side are all battling it out for the lead in day two of the prestigious, Club Helensvale National Club Five a-side.
Now in its sixth year the $50,000 event attracts the best bowlers in Australasia all vying for the $20,000 first prize pool.
This year’s event has been bolstered by the Australian women’s team.
The event runs for another two days with the semi finals and finals held on Thursday.
