Fresh off the announcement that almost 3,000 workers will be axed from Queensland Health, staff at a major private hospital employer held a rally over job security today.
Ramsay Health Care workers gathered outside Pindara Hospital to push for better wages and conditions.
“What we’re trying to say to Ramsays really clearly is that you need to be valuing your most important asset, and that’s your staff – your nurses and midwives – who are really vital to you.”
