Members of the North West Alliance are travelling to State Parliament this week as the government prepares to make a decision on it’s Strategic Regional Land Use plans.
The group will meet with more than 30 parliamentarians during its visit to explain the impacts of mining on local agriculture.
It will suggest major changes to the draft plan – including that prime productive land be listed as a no go zone.
