Police are seeking information after two firearms were stolen during a break and enter at a house in Merriwa street in Boggabilla late last week.
Some time between Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning a gun safe was removed from the premises containing two rifles.
Anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area is asked to come forward.
