A 15-year-old boy is in a stable condition after being accidentally shot by his friend near Grafton last night.
At about 9:50pm the boys were packing firearms into a gun safe on a property in Kremnos when one of the boys shot his friend in the stomach while handling a .22 calibre rifle.
The injured boy was airlifted to Lismore Base Hospital for treatment.
