Some call it art, others blatant vandalism whatever you think of graffiti, Gold Coast Council doesn’t want it.
Residents and businesses are being urged to report new sightings, while culprits are being warned they’ll have the book thrown at them.
“Serious and repeat graffiti offenders can face jail time and they can also be sentenced to community service. In fact some offenders come to council to help our teams remove graffiti, so they have a better understanding of the consequences of their crime.”
