Brothers charged over the stabbing death of a Newcastle man last year have today pleaded not guilty.
Lee and Ian Dacey appeared before the New South Wales Supreme Court in Sydney.
48-year-old Peter Dent died in John Hunter Hospital, after being stabbed several times outside his apartment block at Hamilton South in August 2011.
The brothers will stand trial in May next year.
