Most parts of the mid north coast appear to have escaped damage from erosion and sea water flooding after the king tide that impacted along the coastline around 8.30 this morning.
Environmental group Green Cross Australia is urging locals to send them photos of any unusual incidents that happen as a result of the tidal surge.
Tomorrow’s king tide is expected to be higher than today’s and will reach its peak around mid morning.
