The New South Wales Director of Public Prosecutions has dropped charges against an Armidale man over the drowning of a toddler earlier this year.
61-year-old Philip Cameron was facing manslaughter charges, after it was alleged his backyard pool was not fenced properly when the two-year-old fell into the water.
