$1.5 MILLION ANNOUNCED FOR DEMENTIA CARE IN BELMONT

According to health experts, 76,000 people in New South Wales suffer from dementia, and that number’s expected to increase to almost 230,000 by the year 2050.

As part of efforts to combat the problem, the state and federal governments have pledged $1.5-million, to build a new dementia day care centre at Belmont.
