Big Day Out revellers were given a general thumbs up yesterday but police say they were still disappointed in the number of people found with illegal drugs.
The dog squad helped catch 45 people in possession of drugs including ecstasy and cannabis.
27 people were also arrested, and 52 issued with court notices.
