A 37-year-old man has been charged in relation to grooming a girl under the age of 16 for sex.
He was arrested at his work place in Raymond Terrace after Queensland police carried out a sting operation late last year.
Detectives searched a home in the Newcastle suburb of Mayfield on Wednesday morning seizing several items including a computer.
He’ll face a charge of including using a carriage service to groom and transmit indecent communication to a person under 16 in Raymond Terrace Court in February.
