ARMED ROBBERY AT MOREE SERVICE STATION

An employee at a service station in Moree was threatened with a firearm during a robbery last night.
Police say a man entered the Frome Street business shortly after 6.30, before fleeing towards Anne Street with a sum of cash.
The man is described as of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, aged in his early 20s and 170-centimetres tall with a thin build.
He was wearing a white hooded jumper, white joggers and black tracksuit pants with white stripes down the legs.
