A 43-year-old Gunnedah man has been charged with drink-driving, after he was allegedly seen travelling at 100 kilometres an hour along Tamworth’s Bridge Street, 40 kilometres over the limit.
Police say the man returned a high range reading of .209 after being arrested shortly before 1.30 this morning.
His licence was suspended immediately.
