A woman has been killed in a head on car crash at Nambucca Heads.
The 28-year-old woman was driving on the Pacific Highway at about 8:30 last night when police say she crossed double lines into the path of a tanker, which was carrying non-flammable oil.
The truck driver was uninjured but was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
The Pacific Highway was closed for about 8 hours, but has since reopened.
