RESEARCHERS LOOK FOR CRAMPERS

If you’re over 60, chances are leg cramps have caused you a sleepless night or two.

There’s no known cure, but a Newcastle researcher is now looking to find a way to break the pain barrier.

  2. I had horrendous leg and feet cramps for years then a friend told me about Magnesium, have been taking it now for about 2 years and find now I only get cramps occasionly, mainly in feet. I was taking Quinine until I was advised not to.
