A small bungalow which has overlooked Coffs Harbour for almost sixty years has been passed in at auction.
The final bid for the modest Edinburgh Street property was $1.9 million.
An agent for the vendor says four prospective buyers are negotiating to buy the old house, once occupied by a harbour master.
A couple of the bidders are seeking clarification of the conditions of sale as it’s believed they want to build a multi unit development on the site.
The property is expected to sell within a fortnight.
