There was chaos for drivers on the Gold Coast this morning after a water main burst in Surfers Paradise.
Water erupted at Ferny Avenue early this morning, causing huge disruptions during peak hour.
One witness said he thought it was raining and it sounded like a really heavy waterfall.
Work is underway to repair the damage.
