A Gilston man accused of going on a wild smashing spree at a McDonald’s last night has been banned from returning to the fast food outlet.
Police claim 32-year-old Damien Dashwood caused more than $40,0000-dollars worth of damage to the Labrador store – attacking cash registers and a coffee machine after a verbal spat with staff.
He was none too happy about seeing the media when released on bail.
“$40 000 worth of damage to maccas is quite a lot of damage.”
It’s unclear what prompted the alleged attack.
Dashwood will be back in court next month.
