Kids and adults alike unleashed their creativity at the first ‘Art in the Park’ festival at Evandale today.
The hands on event had people painting, sculpting, carving and drumming their way through the Gold Coast art scene.
“The purpose of it is to educate the Gold Coast that we do have a thriving arts community and to come on down and see what they do, have a go and see if they’re interested in joining up as well.”
Organisers hope to make the event an annual one.
