Police believe an Ashmore man killed his mother before stashing her body in the boot of a car.
Detectives will now prepare a report for the coroner, ruling out the involvement of any third party.
The body of 53 year Maggie Paka-chella was found in a car, parked outside her Hillview Parade home on Friday the body of her 28 year old son Marc Robinson was found inside the house.
It’s understood they had a volatile relationship.
