A Labrador man, charged over a terrifying home invasion will remain behind bars tonight.
Police claim, 26-year-old Matthew Chivers and two other men forced their way into an Anne Street unit at Southport on Friday night.
They’re accused of punching a woman in the face, and hitting her with a sawn-off shot gun before running off with $20 000 worth of jewellery.
Chivers didn’t apply for bail.
Police are still searching for two other intruders.
