RELAY AIMS FOR $110,000 TARGET

There’ll be plenty of tired legs in Port Macquarie tonight, with the latest Relay for Life wrapping up this morning.

85 teams took part in the 24-hour marathon to raise money for the New South Wales Cancer Council.

For many of the 905 participants at Stuart Park – it was a chance to remember those who lost their lives to cancer.

The fundraising tally is yet to be finalised – but organisers are confident of reaching the $110,000 target.
