MORE TINKLER TROUBLES IN COURT

There was the jet, the helicopter, the horse racing business, and now the Queensland mansion, but former billionaire Nathan Tinkler’s sell-off might be shortlived.
The Hunter mining magnate and his wife and family’s assets could be frozen, if a company’s application before the Supreme Court is successful.
Coal explorer Blackwood Corporation, which is owed $28.4-million after the collapse of Mr Tinkler’s Mulsanne Resources, says it wants a freeze while legal action alleging insolvent trading and director breaches is determined.
Meanwhile, Mr Tinkler has slipped off the BRW Rich List.
Gina Rinehart’s wealth has taken a big hit from the mining downturn, but she still comfortably topped the top 200.
Ms Reinhart saw her wealth fall from 29 to $22-billion.
Westfield co-founder Frank Lowy has moved up one place to second, with $6.8-billion.
James Packer was third, with 6-billion.
