Kempsey residents fed up with road conditions on Spooners Avenue

A number of Kempsey residents say they’re fed up with the condition of an arterial road in the Macleay Valley.

Used as a main thoroughfare to nearby villages, locals are calling on Council to seal Spooner’s Avenue, as a matter of urgency.
