The Group Three representative squad has made it to the semi finals of the tier two Country Championships, after defeating the far north west’s Group 14 in Moree yesterday, 56 to 32.
The score was locked at 22-all at half time, but several tries from Group Three put them in front.
Hooker Dean Hurrell and second rower Kyle Cochrane consolidated that lead further, with tries late in the second half.
The semi final will be held on the 22nd of June – the opposing team and venue will be decided in the coming weeks.
