The next generation of Rugby Union hopefuls have been competing, at Bond University.
Private school teams from all over the Coast have hit out in the inaugural A-P-S ‘First 15’ competition, hosted by Bond.
With teams made up of primarily grade 12 students, the competition gives schools the chance to face of in a round robin contest.
There was plenty of skill on show, talent scouts were among the spectators.
“Look we’ve got 160 of the best athletes on the coast out there, so it’s obviously a great recruiting ground for someone.”
