Locals donned the colour green and their walking shoes at Burleigh today to remember all those who have lost their battle with Brain Cancer.
The annual “Dianne Moore Memorial Walk” raises money for the Gold Coast Brain Tumor Support Group in honour of their co-founder.
“She left a son so would be nice for the mums who are scik to still be here for the children.”
“Brain cancer doesn’t get a lot of recognition compared to other cancers so want to get the name out there and raise some vital funds.”
Money raised goes towards cancer research.
