A vicious, broad-daylight abduction, has Rainbow Bay residents fearing for their safety.
Witnesses told NBN News, they saw three Brazilian looking men pull an 18-year-old man into a white Holden Commordore on Ward Street, at around four o’clock yesterday afternoon.
They say the bizzare incident happened within seconds.
“As they went around the corner down to the left the door still wasn’t closed properly and there was a lot of punches being thrown.”
“I’ve been here since 76 and no. It’s the first time we’ve had something like this happen.”
The victim, a P-plater, has since spoken to his father, saying he’s safe.
It’s believed the attack was over money.
