Current Olympic champion Emma Snowsill will fight to be included in the Australian side for the London Games after failing to secure the final spot in the team.
The Gold Coast athlete has been battling illness for the past year but expected to be at her peak for the Games.
Her place has been taken by Emma Jackson.
