Three people have been arrested over the alleged assault and robbery of a Central Coast woman on a train last night.
The 26-year-old woman was travelling north between Gosford and Lisarow Railway Stations when police allege a 19-year-old woman, and two men aged 23 and 29 grabbed her mobile phone and left the train.
The victim followed them onto a platform where a scuffle broke out and she was punched several times to the head.
Witnesses alerted Tuggerah Lakes Police and the three were arrested.
