The Cancer Council’s floral fight against the disease is still going strong, with today marking Daffodil Day’s 27th year.
Tamworth residents choosing to dig deep, and support the worthy cause.
“The money that’s raised goes to valuable research, you know it gets distributed both locally and into major research into fighting you know the terrible causes and hopefully finding some great cures for this. We’ve come a long way, but we certainly have a long way to go yet.”
Mascot Dougal the bear stopped off in the city, using his own furry ways to attract donations.
