A teenager accused of murdering his mother at their Suffolk Park home in April last year, will face trial in the Sydney Supreme Court.
The 18-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, today waived his right for a committal hearing at Lismore Local Court.
His case will be mentioned on June 1st.
