The Tamworth charity Twenty20 cricket match was launched today.
The captains have been announced, with Mitch Power and Nick Leydon to lead the teams.
Funds raised will be going to the Serendipity Committee, a local breast cancer awareness group which helps locals with the disease.
“The wider community. My wife, my daughters, everybody’s family, women throughout the communities.”
It’s hoped the game on October 25 will promote the cause to a larger audience
“Increasing awareness, and of course we need the funds. We need to keep pouring funds in for that vital research.”
