It’s been described as the most comprehensive public survey of Tamworth’s iconic event, the annual Country Music Festival – and now, the results are in.
The survey found the typical Tamworth Country Music fan to be female, married and aged between 45 and 54.
About 3,500 people took part in Tamworth Regional Council’s fact-finding mission, as the city works towards keeping the world-famous event on the right track.
“Have we got any work to do? Yes, we’ve got a lot of work to do to actually tidy that up and meet the expectations of our fans.”
