Organiser’s of Newcastle music festival, Fat As Butter, have released the much anticipated line-up for the October event.
It comes as organisers, Mothership Music, await approval for a possible camping option for festival-goers.
However that’s not expected from Newcastle Council for another few months.
Tourism and Economic Development Services Manager, Jan Ross says a full investigation into all aspects of the event will need to be provided under the Licence Application Process.
“The application will take into account; security issues, waste management, traffic management, public access, transport, noise and alcohol management,” she said.
However event organisers appear quietly confident, encouraging festival-goers to sign up for the camping ballot registration, which closes tomorrow.
Gym Class Hero’s, Bliss N Eso and Matt Corby are among the acts expected at the Foreshore.
