The courts have released video evidence seen by the jury at the Damian Leeding murder trial.
It shows the two murderers, Phillip Abell and Donna McAvoy threatening staff and patrons at the Pacific Pines Tavern with a shotgun before tying them up.
You don’t see the moment detective Damian Leeding was shot, but this flash on the security vision is the blast from the gun.
The convicted murderers are then seen dragging away a bag full of money – around $16,000 worth.
Also released, a walk through McAvoy did in the days after the murder.
“I heard two gun shots there. Ok so you’ve heard two gun shots and you were waiting where you are now? Yep I fell back into the rail.”
McAvoy and Abell will be sentenced on Friday.
