Hunter basketballer Katie Rae Ebzery has suffered her third straight loss, in the WNBL, as Sydney fell to Bendigo last night.
It’s been a tougher weekend for Suzy Batkovic, with her Townsville Fire losing to Melbourne last night, then going down in a heartbreaker today against Dandenong.
Batkovic was solid as usual, top scoring for the Fire with 17, as well as grabbing 10 rebounds.
Team mate Rachel McCully provided an early highlight.
