Tamworth Cycle Club has held its first Criterium race for the summer season, despite several of its top riders being at other events around the state.
The Criterium races enable riders work on a specific skill set.
“The course tends to be a shorter, more technical circuit. So there’s a lot more cornering, and just brings a different element to the race.”
Fraser Ashford took out the A-Grade race.
