A 25-year-old man has sustained head and face injuries after attempting to back-flip from the top of a ferry on the Central Coast on the weekend.
Police were told the young man tried to jump from the top of the ferry at Ettalong Beach, when he hit his head on the railing of the vessel.
The man was taken to Gosford Hospital for treatment of suspected fractures.
Police believe alcohol was a factor.
