Meanwhile his Titans teammates continued pre-season training this morning.
Coach John Cartwright says, both the players and coaching staff need to raise their expectations for the coming season.
“It’s not about making the eight. We’ve got to get in our heads that we’re good enough to win a grand final. Those expectations are the ones we need to put on ourselves. It’s not just good enough to make the eight.”
Cartwright reckons the final six weeks of last season has given the playing group self-belief.
