Guns, ammunition, drugs and cash have been seized from a house at Toowoon Bay.
Officers raided a Toowoon Bay Road home on Friday, where they allegedly found a double-barrel shotgun, a sawn-off shotgun and 200 rounds of ammunition.
Police say they also uncovered cannabis, drug equipment and an amount of cash.
A 34-year-old man will face Wyong Local Court on Wednesday.
