It’s been a busy 24-hours for fire crews, with an Edgeworth home and unit in Hamilton South both destroyed by fire.
It’s prompted a warning from firefighters for us to take extra care when it comes to electrical appliances, in the hope of avoiding a Christmas tragedy.
