A visit from the big jolly man in the red suit is still four sleeps away, but his imitators were out in force in Tamworth overnight.
The annual Ronald McDonald House santa pub crawl attracting more than 500 festive frolickers dressed in their finest Christmas attire.
“Santa outfits, dressed as gifts, as angels lots of different things. You have to come dressed up in theme, and hang out in all the pubs in the CBD.”
The group raising a glass – or two – in their quest to raise much-needed funds for the worthy cause.
“All proceeds go to Ronald McDonald House, so the Rotary Club of Tamworth First Light run the event. It’s a huge event for Tamworth, and a great social night out raising funds.”
