Coffs Harbour will soon have another big hardware store competing for customers.
Work will begin within weeks on a $20 million Masters Home Improvement approved for the city’s southside, employing more than a hundred people.
An adjacent car dealership is selling off some of its property for the project.
Geoff King said,”There’s some considerable renovations to be done to our dealership site which overall, whilst we lose a little bit of land, it will become a more effective parking plan.”
The Masters store will go head to head with the new Bunnings currently being constructed less than a kilometre to the south.
