The Joint Regional Planning Panel has distanced itself from the controversy surrounding Wests’ $12-million motel development, saying it has no jurisdiction over the matter.
It says Scully Park Number One is privately-owned land, so it’s up to Tamworth Regional Council to decide the proposal’s fate.
