12 months since leaving politics, former Lyne MP Rob Oakeshott has released a tell-all memoir.
Launched on Tuesday, the book titled,”The Independent Member for Lyne” details Mr Oakeshott’s experiences as an independent in the Gillard government.
“you don’t have hindsight when you’re making decisions, and at the time you’re making them for the right reasons with the information that you’ve got, and I’m very comfortable with the decisions that I made in those circumstances,” said Mr Oakeshott.
Mr Oakeshott describes the book as raw and confronting.
