The man who allegedly held a Brisbane school teacher captive before he was hit by a truck on the Pacific Highway near Cudgera Creek, will remain behind bars.
46-year-old, Mark Frost applied for bail at Tweed Heads Local Court today, but was refused.
His partner and co-accused, Lauren Grainger was refused bail on Monday.
Police continue to investigate the mysterious circumstances surrounding Anthony Stott’s death.
