A former North Burleigh Surf Club Nippers Photographer has been sentenced to a minimum 18 months prison for fraud and child pornography charges.
David Ross Phillips of Mudgeeraba was convicted on Monday in the District Court.
More than 800 pornographic images were found on his computer.
