Coffs Harbour’s former AFL regional manager Mark Heaney has been sentenced to a minimum 12 months jail, in Sydney District Court after pleading guilty to a child grooming charge.
Prior to the 43-year-old’s arrest in May last year, he spent four weeks messaging a police officer posing as a 13-year-old junior AFL player online.
